Based in Portland, Ore., ANN SACKS was founded in 1981 and built on the concept that tile and stone, with its tactile warmth, strength and versatility, is an expressive medium for creating imaginative, emotionally relevant spaces. Dedicated to providing personalized service, ANN SACKS opened its first showroom in Portland in 1985, with the early 1990s bringing additional store openings in Seattle, Vancouver, Los Angeles and New York. Broadening its store concept again in the late 1990s, ANN SACKS now boasts 20 national and one international locations.
ANN SACKS Dallas creates a virtual walking tour of potential design installations. With over 5,500 square feet of presentation space, ANN SACKS capitalized on its ability to engage its visitors by showing its products in practical, livable settings. Suites and vignettes present the latest in tile and plumbing, including designs by Angela Adams, Barbara Barry, Robert Kuo, Clodogh, Michael S Smith, and Laura Kirar, offering inspiration with every step. In addition to these installations, there are 82 different floor pads expanding upon the comprehensive presentation of possibilities, with examples of concrete and ceramic tile, and mosaic applications. The open, airy space provides plenty of natural light allowing visitors to see the pure color and beauty of the tile and stone as it would be presented in their home.
